SPANISH

Pre-K - Grade 3

The primary grades enjoy watching the Spanish video program.  They are learning numbers, greetings, and basic conversation.  They are learning their clothes and working on handouts and in notebooks to reinforce the targety terms.  Muy bien!

 
Grade 4

The students have been studying basic vocabulary, from classroom articles, to Christmas terms, to clothing.  Grammar is also included; the focus has been on -ar and -er verbs.

 
Grade 5

Basic vocabulary has been the focus of the classes.  Part of that has been clothing, so the students have constructed paper dolls with various items of clothing to reinforce the target terms.  They are presenting them orally to the class.  Verbs and pronouns are also included in their lessons.
